Terms of use

The voucher can only be redeemed for services booked on our website or directly with our colleagues (by phone or email), by providing the unique voucher number. Please bring the voucher with you for your stay at our hotel.

The use of the vouchers is subject to prior arrangement and depends on hotel capacity. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be sold commercially.
